YG Entertainment's CEO Yang Hyun-suk donated 500 million won to express his condolence to the victims in the recent Sewol ferry disaster and their families.


On April 25, a rep from YG Entertainment spoke with a media outlet, saying, "CEO Yang Hyun-suk decided to donate 500 million won to help the victims of the recent Sewol ferry incident."


According to the report, Yang Hyun-suk said, "As a parent who is raising children, I was filled with deep sadness that is beyond words looking at the tragic Sewol accident. There are no words in this world to console the families who've lost their children."
