“Harbin” topped the Korean box office ever since its release on December 24.
The film attracted 903,868 moviegoers on Dec. 27-29, topping the box office on the first week of its release, according to the Korean Film Council on Monday. “Harbin” reached a total of 2,385,432 moviegoers.
Set in 1909, “Harbin” is a historical spy thriller about resistance fighters aiming to end the Japanese occupation of Korea. The movie stars Hyun Bin, Lee Dong-wook, Park Jung-min, Jeon Yeo-bin, Jo Woo-jin, Park Hoon, Yoo Jae-myung, and more.
